Also, I would like to add a little commentary

I feel that all people should get a fair chance to explain their side of the story when it comes to problems. Both sides. After that, if I feel there is a hole in the story somehow or I wasn't there, I will give the person a warning and then, if they do it again, ban them for the APPROPRIATE amount of time. I will never ban them for more because I feel like it.
